Ralph

Ralph is the current president of Bayonne Exterminating Company and has almost 45 years of experience in pest control. He is an active member in the New Jersey Pest Management Association and sits on the board of directors. He currently heads the Pest-o-gram comittee and represents the voice of small business in the NJPMA. Ralph is also an accomplished Big Game hunter, having succesfully hunted Bear as far north as Maine and Elk as far west as Colorado.

Ralph is the third generation of the Citarella family in Bayonne Exterminating. He recieved his degree in Corporate Communications from The College of New Jersey with an emphasis in Market Research and Analysis. Ralph is the Vice President of Bayonne Exterminating and coordinates new programs, sales and quality control. In January 2009 Ralph became a fully accredited Board Certified Entomologist and currently is the Director of Program and Education for the New Jersey Pest Management Association. .
Justin Parsons
Justin joined the Bayonne Exterminating team in 2005 and has been a mainstay ever since. He also is a composer and singer in the local music scene. Justin lives in Jersey City with his longtime girlfriend Jessica.
Joseph S. Smith
"Joe Hoboken" is a life long resident of Hudson County, but maintains his roots in his hometown of Hoboken, NJ. Joe currently lives in Bayonne his two children. Joe spends his free time with his kids or in the company of his oldest friend, Jack, a perfect gentleman.
Ken Kashiwakura
Ken currently lives in midtown Bayonne with his family and has been a member of Bayonne Exterminanitng's team since early 2011. He is a life long student of martial arts and spends his free time in training, both as a student and instructor in the Hudson County area.
John Tadros
John was born and raised in Bayonne and currently lives in the midtown area. A graduate of Rutgers University (New Brunswick), John enjoys working in the Pest Control Industry, helping his customers and solving problems. An avid outdoorsman, John enjoys hiking,camping and fishing in northern New Jersey and Upstate New York.
Kathy has been with Bayonne Exterminating Company for almost 20 years and is our Business Manager. She has lived in Hudson County her whole life but recently moved to North Arlington with her husband John and her two lovely children, Tommy and T.J. She also enjoys weekend camping trips with her family and their friend Jose.
Jennifer Rios
Jennifer joined Bayonne Exterminating in the fall of 2008. Her pleasant demeanor and rapport with our clients has made her an instant favorite of our clients. Jen currently resides in Bayonne.
Ed Feczko
Ed, or "the Woo", has been one of Bayonne Exterminating Company's most loyal employees for almost 20 years now. Ed specializes in our termite control program, working in the spring and summer months but also fills in year 'round when we need him. Ed is a Bayonne-native, born and raised and currently lives in midtown. He also works in the entertainment industry as a concert lighting effects specialist. His work in music has taken him all over the country, to hundreds of different venues. Ed also served his country in Vietnam in 1969. "Woo" is also a budding internet guru, spending his free time proofreading webpages.
